Exchange Period:
You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same product (no substitutions).
- Unboxing video is mandatory to process any exchange request.
- No changes will be accepted without this video evidence.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:
- Size Exchange – Applicable only for men’s and women’s jackets.
- Defective Product – If you receive a product in damaged or defective condition.
